Story 1: Healing the Fear of Abandonment
One client came into a past life regression session struggling with a fear of abandonment. No matter how loving and stable their relationships were, they always carried a deep, unshakable worry that people would leave them.
During their regression, they recalled a lifetime where they were separated from their family during a time of war. The overwhelming grief of losing their loved ones had left a deep imprint on their soul.
As they revisited and processed this memory, they were able to release some of the fear that had carried into this lifetime. They recognised that their present relationships were not destined to repeat that old story. With this awareness, their anxiety began to soften, and they felt safer opening their heart to deeper connections.
Story 2: Breaking the Pattern of People-Pleasing
Another client often found themselves exhausted, constantly putting others’ needs before their own. No matter how much they gave, it never felt like enough.
In regression, they saw themselves as a healer in another lifetime, always tending to others but never caring for their own body or spirit. They carried this pattern into their current life.
The insight allowed them to understand that while their desire to help others was genuine, their soul’s lesson this time was to balance giving with self-care. This awareness gave them permission to set healthy boundaries and begin valuing their own needs.

1.Journaling will help make any fears repeating patterns, dreams or relationship dynamics more visible.
2.Mindful reflection will help resist difficult situations, become curious ask yourself "if this were a lesson from my soul what might it be?'"
3.Grounding and relaxing practices Build a practice of relaxation, breath-work, mindfulness or gentle meditation this will prepare the mind to go deeper.
